Congratulations on your engagement! We are honored that you are interested in receiving the Sacrament of Holy Matrimony at Our Lady of the Gulf.
Our Lady of the Gulf is not a destination wedding chapel, and is for our active parishioners and if the bridal couple are graduates of St. Stanislaus College or Our Lady Academy ONLY.
Non parishioners will not be scheduled more than a year out.
Active parishioners get first selection of available dates and can scheduled as far out as needed.
A wedding in church is very different from an outdoor wedding or a wedding before a Justice of the Peace. A church wedding reflects the faith of the couple; calls on the Lord to witness their commitment.
This booklet (OLG Wedding Packet) outlines the steps you will need to take in preparing to have your wedding at OLG. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to the parish office.
