Our Lady of the Gulf
Volunteer Sign Up

On August 29, 2005, Hurricane Katrina devastated our
community and the Mississippi Gulf Coast. In the aftermath, thousands of
individuals and groups from around the country came to help us. They
traveled at their own expense to come and feed us; bring us water,
clothing and supplies. They came to muck out our homes and help us begin
the rebuilding process. They didn't ask for recognition. They just came
to help. Our community continues to draw hope and inspiration from such
caring, loving and committed volunteers. The big question is: If a part
of our country is hit with a hurricane, disaster, tornado or other
catastrophic event, will you volunteer to go and help them recover? Will
you return the compliment? This is an invitation for you to make a
commitment. Sign up and become an Emergency Volunteer now!
